Rachel Lawrence is a wife and mother of two who loves coffee, chocolate, and good books. Her love of reading began at a young age with coming of age stories like Judy Blume’s Are You There God? It’s Me, Margaret. A high school reading assignment, To Kill a Mockingbird, has been a long-time favorite. This love affair with books continued to grow thanks to an enthusiastic and much-loved senior year teacher who knew how to make Shakespeare fun.
Growing up with a reading teacher and English professor in her immediate family, Rachel was a grammar nerd at an early age. She enjoys helping authors polish and perfect their stories and has edited several published works of fiction. Reading remains Rachel’s main focus, and she believes in sharing her opinion with anyone who wants to read it.
Rachel’s blog, Rach Lawrence Books, came into existence as a place to store and share her reviews, but it has expanded into a way to help promote authors and books as well.
